TestNG 4.5 has been released. Along with some other changes and fixes, a new feature has been added which sounds rather intriguing, ‘Distributed Testing’.
Cedric gives an overview in his blog describing this new feature which defintely sounds worth checking out. This feature gives TestNG the ability to distribute tests across multiple machines to run the tests in parallel instead of sequentially on one machine. This is a definite benefit for projects with very large time consuming test suites.
