The original garage where HP was founded and where David Packard and William Hewlett orginally worked during their early days has been restored.
The 12 x 18 foot garage was restored together with the house that is on the same lot, after being bought by HP in 2000 for $1.7million.
So you haven’t upgraded to a dual core Pentium or Xeon yet? Intel and AMD are both getting ready to launch quad core CPUs, maybe as early as 2007.
Sony say they are on track to launch the PS3 for Spring next year, although it’s a bit vague what this still actually means. Most likely the console will go on sale first in Japan, followed by a few months and the US and Europe following. It may be that the PS3 doesn’t see shops in the US until holiday season next year, but at least if it is on sale in Japan we will get an early glimpse of what it can do.
