Most users have most likely already updated to SP3, but it’s worth noting that XP SP2 reaches End of Life today – one more step in the eventual end of XP.
Leaked internal Microsoft presentation acknowledges Apple’s strengths
If this presentation is genuine then it’s interesting how Microsoft is highlighting the ‘it just works’ approach of Apple – this is never a phrase I would use in relation to anything Microsoft related. It’s clear that Microsoft have lost their way in recent years, so it will be interesting to see where they are going this this.
Apple’s ‘Get a Mac’ ads reach an end
Apple has reached the end of it’s long running and highly popular ‘Get a Mac’ ad campaign slamming PCs. Hope something just as good comes along soon.
SCO’s Unix court case finally over?
Thursday last week the court rejected SCO’s request for a new hearing over the ownership of Unix , which means Novell are still the legal owner.
I had no idea this was still going on – incredible. Can’t SCO just leave it alone?
