A Baltimore court has ruled that Microsoft has 120 days before they must include the latest version of Java in every copy of Windows shipped.
Whats more, the court ruled that Microsoft should inform their current users through any “update mechansim” (ie Windows Update?)
that there is a later version available for download if a user is not already up to date.
